  • Sugar: Too much sugar leads to more caloric intake, which can lead to weight gain. Higher weight links to high blood pressure. Don’t eat too much sugar if you’re trying to keep your blood pressure in check.
  • Chicken Skin: Alas! The best part of the chicken is loaded with saturated and trans fats! Instead of chicken skin, eat skinless chicken breast.
